Refunds/Cancellations Policy
Booking Process:
– A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking for a Yoga Retreat.
– The remaining balance of 70% is due upon arrival and can be paid at the retreat center.
– Full payment before arrival is also accepted and can be arranged by contacting the retreat center.
– Payment methods include bank transfer, GPay, PayPal, Razorpay or cash at the center.
– Fees for Yoga Retreats and Classes do not cover flights, visa fees, personal travel insurance costs, or expenses related to India Visa and COVID-19 tests.
Refund Processing Fee:
– A 7% processing fee will be applied to all cancellations to cover administrative costs.
Booking Modifications:
– Participants may request to modify their booking dates, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
No-Show:
– No-shows are considered late cancellations and are non-refundable.
Retreat Modifications or Cancellation by Organizers:
– In the unlikely event that the retreat is modified or cancelled by the organizers, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Travel Insurance:
– We strongly recommend that participants secure travel insurance to cover unexpected events or emergencies that may necessitate cancellations.
Refund Timeline:
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 days from the date of the cancellation request.
Communication:
– All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. The date of receipt of the email will be considered the official date of cancellation.
Cancellation Period
– Early Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date will receive a full refund, minus a 7 % processing fee.
– Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made between 30 to 60 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
– Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable.
Program Changes
– Changes to the weekly Yoga Retreat and Yoga Holiday programs may occur at any time if necessary.
– Changes may include alterations to dates, times, activity schedules, locations, and guides/instructors.
– Reasons for changes could include bad weather conditions or sudden unavailability of an instructor.
– If an outdoor activity is canceled due to bad weather, an alternative activity will be provided.
– If a specific class is canceled due to instructor illness, an alternative class will be offered.
Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or pandemics, resulting in the cancellation of the retreat, participants may receive a full or partial refund at the discretion of the organizers.
Minimum Participation Requirement:
- The organizers reserve the right to cancel the retreat if the minimum number of participants required for the retreat to proceed is not met. In such cases, participants will be notified in advance and provided with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Participant Responsibilities:
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and up-to-date. Any inaccuracies may affect the eligibility for refunds or modifications.
Refund Disputes:
- In the event of a dispute regarding refunds or cancellations, the decision of the organizers shall be final and binding.
Change Notification:
- Participants will be notified promptly of any changes to the retreat program or cancellations via email or other communication channels provided at the time of booking.
Exceptional Circumstances:
- The organizers may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, such as medical emergencies or bereavement, which may warrant special consideration regarding refunds or modifications.
